The story of our house

We are La Maison de l'Ail Noir, a family-owned business founded in 2019, located in the beautiful Bazadaise region. Our family, passionate about sustainable agriculture and products with unsuspected virtues, embarked on this adventure with the ambition to do things well.

Originally from this region, we discovered black garlic in 2015 and were immediately captivated by its unique taste, exceptional benefits, and fascinating color. It was such a strong revelation that it prompted all of us to change course and undertake an ambitious project : La Maison de l'Ail Noir.

Our business is more than just a commercial project; it is the expression of our commitment to respectful agriculture and our desire to share the remarkable qualities of black garlic. Every day, we work with passion to offer quality products in harmony with our regional heritage and the values that are dear to us.
