Aged between 20 and 25, we have been raised with ecological concerns at the forefront. We aim to take action.\nConsequently, we support the local economy wherever possible, sourcing fresh ingredients from regional producers through short supply chains. For example, our white garlic comes from Fleurence, and our pat\u00e9s are produced at the ESAT de Captieux, 20km from the workshop.
